Becky Adlington's SwimStars uses one lane of the top quality 20 meter pool for all ability classes, the pool has a constant depth of 1.2m.
First Session
Please arrive for your session about 10 - 15 mins prior to the start of your session. Go through the turnstiles at reception. Once in the changing rooms please try to use any area allocated for family changing and follow the signs to the side of the pool and wait there to be instructed further by the Becky Adlington's SwimStar teachers.
Spectator Policy
There is an area on poolside where you are welcome to watch your child's swimming lesson but please can we ask that only 1 spectator per child be on poolside to ensure health and safety and comfort for all poolside users.
Children often progress at a greater pace if they don't have the distraction of spectators so please feel free to let the teacher know you will be calling into the cafe or spectating from the viewing area off poolside. If you prefer you could even get in a half hour work out while your child swims, just ensure they have done the usual toilet trip before beginning their session and your teachers knows where you are in any emergency.
